Creamy Chicken Lasagna
Ingredients:
3 cups shredded chicken breast
6 Lasagna noodles, cooked
1/4 cup chicken broth
8 oz package cream cheese, softened
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
26 oz jar spaghetti sauce (Classico Tomato Basil)

Directions:
Mix chicken, cream cheese, broth, and 1 cup of cheese together. Spread 1/3 of spaghetti sauce in bottom of a 11x7 inch baking dish. Cover with 1/2 of chicken mixture (works best if you use 2 spoons) and top with 3 lasagna noodles. Repeat. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
I haven't tried making this without pre-cooking the noodles, but I wonder if it would work?
