Cheddar Ranch Cheese Ball
Ingredients:
1. Mix dry ranch, mayo, and milk in a bowl. Beat in the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Mix in the cheddar cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze 30 min, or until firm.
2. Divide mixture in half, shape into balls. Roll each ball in almonds to coat. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 1 oz package dry ranch salad dressing mix
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 oz almonds, blended
